Bijutsu Ga Gallery 410Gallery holds the rights or third-party usage rights for all trademarks, trade names, logos, and domains used on this site. Use or modification of these for purposes other than those expressly permitted constitutes a violation of Bijutsu Ga Gallery 410Gallery's copyright and other intellectual property rights. Reproducing, uploading, transmitting, framing, linking to, or otherwise using any part of this site for purposes other than viewing this site is prohibited without Bijutsu Ga Gallery 410Gallery's prior written consent.

Article 3 Membership Registration and My Account
"Member" refers to a customer who has an address in Japan, who has accepted these Terms and Conditions, who has applied for membership in accordance with the procedures designated by Art Gallery 410Gallery, and who has been approved by Art Gallery 410Gallery (minors must have parental consent).
If 410 Gallery approves the application under the preceding paragraph 1, it will send a registration confirmation email, and upon receipt of the email, the customer who made the application will be registered as a member.
Customers who become members through the procedure set forth in the preceding paragraph will be issued a unique account ("My Account").
If there is any change in the registered information of a Member, the Member shall promptly change the registered information through My Account.
Article 4 User ID and Password
Members must strictly manage the password set at the time of membership registration and the email address (user ID) provided to Art Gallery 410Gallery to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
Members shall deal with any trouble or damage arising from insufficient management of their user ID and password, erroneous use, or use by a third party at their own responsibility and expense, and Art Gallery 410Gallery shall not be held responsible in any way. However, this does not apply in cases where the cause is attributable to Art Gallery 410Gallery. If a Member becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their My Account, they should immediately notify us by email at info@artdag.or.jp or call the Online Shop Customer Center ("Customer Center").
Article 5 Prohibited matters
You must not engage in any of the following acts:
Registering false information
Use of counterfeit or fraudulently obtained credit cards
Accessing other members' accounts and interfering with the security features of the Online Shop;
Purchasing products for purposes other than personal use
Any other illegal activities or actions that Art Gallery 410Gallery deems inappropriate
Article 6: Purchase of Products
You can purchase products from our online store.
Purchases of products must be made in accordance with the method specified by 410 Gallery.
When you apply to purchase a product, Art Gallery 410Gallery will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. When the order confirmation email arrives, a sales contract for the product will be concluded between you and Art Gallery 410Gallery.
The maximum number of items that can be purchased per order is 5 per product, with a total of 15 items.
Article 7: Delivery and Receipt of Products
Delivery of products is limited to addresses within Japan.
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify.
Article 8: Payment
The amount to be paid for the product, etc. will be the total amount of the purchase price of the product, etc. including consumption tax, shipping fees and any related fees, as well as the consumption tax on such fees.
Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery upon delivery. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
If you pay by credit card, you will be subject to the terms of a separate agreement you have with your credit card company. If a dispute arises between you and a third party such as the credit card company, the matter will be resolved between the parties involved, and Art Gallery 410Gallery will not be held responsible in any way.
Article 9 Cancellation of orders and returns of products
Before your order has been shipped: You can cancel your order by selecting the "Cancel" option in your order history in My Account.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. We will only exchange the product for a good product or the product you ordered if the product is defective (damaged, soiled, etc.) or if the product is incorrect. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
