At 410WebStore, you can return or exchange any items you purchase. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly process a return or exchange upon request. Please contact the 410 office within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
After the procedure is complete, we will guide you on how to return the item.
Conditions under which returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- If you do not contact us regarding a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item,
- If the artwork shows signs of use, or if there is damage or soiling that differs from what was seen during delivery.
Shipping will be cash on delivery regardless of the delivery area. Shipping fees and delivery times will be communicated by the 410 Secretariat. We will also contact you separately if frame production or packaging is required.
