If there is a problem with the work

You can return or exchange any item purchased from the 410 Web Store. If the item you receive is defective or different from the item you ordered, we will promptly process your request for a return or exchange. Please contact the 410 office within seven days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

Once the procedure is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Conditions for non-returnable/exchangeable items

• If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange
• If the artwork shows signs of use or is damaged or soiled differently from when it was delivered

Regardless of the delivery area, payment on delivery is required. The 410 office will contact you regarding delivery fees and delivery times. We will also contact you if there are additional costs such as framing or packaging.
